Terms of Service

By using Telegram.Software ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service provides social media marketing tools for Telegram channels and groups.

Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

Orders & Delivery

• Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders complete within 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate Telegram's terms or target illegal content.

Refund Policy

• Pending orders can be cancelled for a full balance refund.
• In-progress orders: undelivered portion is refunded to your balance.
• Completed orders are non-refundable.
• Balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited (the balance can be used for future orders).
• Subscriber orders are covered by a 90-day refill guarantee — any drops during the period are topped up automatically at no extra cost.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email address, password (hashed).
• Order data: Telegram links, quantities, payment amounts.
• Payment data: transaction IDs from payment providers. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited (for analytics and fraud prevention).

How We Use Data

• To process and deliver your orders.
• To communicate about your account (receipts, order updates, support).
• To prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
• We never sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Account and order data is retained for 3 years after your last activity. You can request deletion by contacting support.
